Terms to know
Robycasino casino calculates net losses as follows: total bets minus total winnings, minus bonuses credited and withdrawals, minus the current balance at the time of the request (including open bets).
- Live cashback: credited to your real balance, to be wagered once; only Live Casino losses count, excluding bonus-related losses. The Casino, Sports betting and Virtual sports sections are not eligible.
- Sport cashback: credited to your bonus balance, to be wagered 3 times within 30 days, only in the Sports section; using it in the Casino or Live Casino voids the bonus and its winnings.
- VIP cashback: reserved for levels 3, 4 and 5; only Casino games count, excluding bonuses and jackpot wins.
- Pending withdrawal: an active withdrawal request forfeits your right to cashback.
- One bonus at a time: bonuses cannot be combined.

Cashback FAQs
Is live cashback paid automatically?
No: you have to claim it the following Monday, between 6:00 and 23:59 UTC, via live chat or e-mail. It is then credited to your real balance with x1 wagering.
Can you play Sport cashback in the casino?
No. It can only be played in the Sports section; using it elsewhere voids the bonus and its winnings.
Who is eligible for VIP cashback?
Members of VIP levels 3, 4 and 5, with 5%, 10% or 15% depending on the level and a minimum of €5.
Adults only. Gambling involves financial risk: set yourself limits and take breaks.
