How to request a withdrawal
You make the request from your account's cashier, in the Withdrawal section.

- Select the method used for your deposit.
- Enter an amount between the method's minimum and your VIP limit.
- Confirm: the request is sent to the finance team.
- Provide documents if you are asked for verification.

Withdrawal limits by VIP level
Daily and monthly limits depend on your VIP level, determined by your activity over the 90 calendar days before the request and by the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses received. With no active bets for a month, your status reverts to the lowest level.

Conditions before approval
Several rules apply to every request:
- minimum 1x turnover: deposited funds and associated winnings must be wagered at least once;
- a monthly wagering threshold of €20 must be reached in the calendar month of the request;
- a withdrawal request before claiming a welcome bonus or after activating it cancels eligibility for that bonus;
- withdrawable winnings from a Casino bonus are limited to 10x the initial bonus amount.
Withdrawal fees
Two fees may apply at Roby casino:
- if the amount wagered is less than the deposit, we may void winnings and charge a 10% fee on the last deposit (minimum €0.5), raised to 15% if the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer;
- after 180 days of inactivity, an administration fee of €5 per month applies; a balance below €5 is deducted in full, and no fee applies to a zero balance.
